CLUB SURVEY
We are here to represent you, our Club members. To do this we have created a survey for your feedback and input into where you would like to see our Club heading in the short, mid and long term. Please take the time to complete it, talk to your children ask for their insight too, be truthful and provide solutions not just complaints. Changes cannot happen if we do not know your thoughts.
KDJFC Players and Parents Survey – This survey is for current players and parents who played at the club in season 2021.
KDJFC Volunteers and Life Members – This survey is for respondents with no current players at the club.
