The challenge was put to Jonesy and he has accepted all in the name of fundraising for the Kalamunda Tigers!
Jonesy is father to Year 12 player Korrey Armstrong-Jones and husband to Kerryn (Year 12 Team Manager). For years JONESY has donned the mullet and it has certainly become his trademark around the club, but now it's time to go! Such a great parting gift to the Kalamunda Tigers and this one is certainly going to keep Kerryn happy.
So we will be hosting the CUT JONESY'S MULLET FUNDRAISER just before the Father & Son Game! The goal is to raise as much money as we can in order to purchase new TIGERS CLASH JUMPERS for our junior teams for next season to replace the old Dockers clash jumpers! (One set of clash jumpers costs approximately $1,500 and we would love to purchase at least 2-3 sets).
If you want to see this BIG FUNDRAISER EVENT happen we need 1,000 LIKES on the video we have posted on our Facebook page or even on our YouTube video (for those who are not on Facebook). We only have 1 month exactly so spread the word, share the video and encourage everyone to like it!
Not only that, if we actually reach 1,000 LIKES Jimmy Fleming from ASTEEL POWDERCOATERS (one of our club sponsors) will donate an additional $500! A total of $1,500 to the club and already on our way to our goal of purchasing a new set of clash jumpers.
So if you want to see this happen or even if you would actually like to be the one to CHOP HIS HAIR OFF - then put forward your bids to us. Email us at email@example.com
All bids and donations are greatly appreciated.
THE HIGHEST BIDDER WILL CUT THE MULLET OFF!!!
